Psidac makes the dynamic CPS 6000-series for room monitoring of parameters of your choice. The CPS system can monitor up to 4 rooms and have extra slave displays for sharing information in ante-room, corridor etc. There is also a Nurse-station accessory for remote information of the room statuses.
So you need to figure out what parameters you want to monitor, and in how many rooms? When you know that you can select the CPS system panel form number of rooms and what sensors you need to connect. If the parameters you want to monitor isn’t listed here, or you need configuration help for a project, just contact us and we will help you.
CPS 6000-series:
CPS 6020CPS 6020 is a dynamic room pressure monitor system for up to 2 rooms (handles alarms for 2 rooms at the same time). The 6020 system is made for monitoring room pressure only, using pressure sensors FG 6280 CPS 6020 operates in a Single room mode, meaning the room is either in positive pressure (protect the products or a patient) or in negative pressure (protect the surroundings from smell/dust/particles/bacteria/a sick patient). CPS 6021CPS 6021 is like 6020 but more advanced, still handles up to 2 rooms, but in Dual room mode, meaning you can easily switch from positive to a negative room. And the CPS 6021 handles more than pressure sensors, it displays various Gas sensors, Temp, Humidity (%RH), Air flow (l/s), Air Changes (ACPH), Particles and Barometer etc. There is a Master panel, and a slave panel if a second display is needed. Our pressure sensor models:
Our sensor FlowGuard model 6279 is the little brother in the family. It uses the same quality sensor as the “big brothers”, it has modbus and analogue outputs etc, but no alarm functions, no relay etc. Therefore it’s not aimed for our CPS-systems, but for simple pressure measuring applications where you just need a good long-term reliable sensor.
Our FlowGuard 6280 is our most sold pressure sensor. Used in many various applications, but foremost in HVAC and room pressure applications with our CPS-systems listed above. It has modbus, analogue output, alarm and alarm relay. A very versatile pressure sensor.
The big brother, FlowGuard 6282, comes with alarms and alarm relay. It’s got 4 alarms, 2 for negative pressure (Neg Hi/Lo-alarm) and 2 for positive pressure (Pos Hi/Lo-alarm). It can be used in switching applications like operation rooms, various dynamic rooms in hospitals etc. The 6282 is ready for our CPS systems that handles Dual room modes.
The most advanced new pressure transmitter is FlowGuard 6283. It’s got all the functions from the 6282 plus it can measure and calculate airflow (l/s), air velocity (m/s) and Air Changes per Hour (ACPH) which is important in cleanrooms, hospitals etc.
All our sensor models comes in versions with or without display visible through top cover. And you can select version with Auto Zero (auto calibration) function. Or you can select both, Display and Auto Zero function.
The pressure sensors can also be ordered with options like alarm relay and in various sensor ranges and types like BiDirect, Unidirect, Thermal (for really low pressures). See our product pages for all models.

NS 10The NS10 Nurse Station is a display panel for viewing the CPS systems gathered in one location, e.g. reception desk, or in the staff lunchroom, hallway where everyone can see it easy. Application areas can be for Hospitals with operating rooms, ICU, Pharmacies, Laboratories, Clean rooms and production plants etc. NS10 can display up to 10 CPS systems on one display. The NS10 have one internal RS 485 modbus port for connecting to the CPS systems in the building. And another RS 485 modbus port for connecting to external building BMS or SCADA system.
